Miss Milly’s is an event rentals, design, and florals business that helps people put on beautiful events with ease. They have a passion for designing events that perfectly embody the style and personality of the host while making sure that every event host or planner has the freedom to truly enjoy their event without lifting a finger.

Why We were hired:
In 2017, Miss Milly’s was ready for a brand refresh with a new logo and clean website. We worked together to simplify their logo and give them a website that clearly expressed their offerings and told their story. 4 years later, the story had changed.
Miss Milly’s was looking to launch the new floral side of their business and create a robust digital strategy to drive more leads on their site.
What we focused on:
Relatable Professionalism + Mad Street Cred
Since a large portion of Miss Milly’s business comes from weddings, there is no shortage of beautiful content.
Our focus was winning someone’s trust with gorgeous photos and exceeding expectations in follow-through - hello automated emails, swag bags, and welcome packets with clearer pricing models.

The new logo was inspired by the elegant femininity of a bride mixed with the confidence and fun of the faces behind Miss Milly’s.

The Miss Milly’s voice is a confident woman who enjoys the finer things in life, drinks only the best champagne, and just threw on a little black dress after a day sweating at the warehouse, but you would never guess it.
Client communication with ease
We implemented an automated email strategy for those reaching Miss Milly’s through the contact form. This welcome email gives Miss Milly’s a buffer for response time and the potential client a happy document explaining who Miss Milly’s is and how they will solve their problem.

To keep Miss Milly’s top of mind in the industry and positioned as an expert, we executed a blog strategy that is social, helpful and hits all the SEO terms.
Even after adding complexity to the contact form to qualify leads, we’ve seen more leads generated, larger bookings, and a big bump in traffic.

What we loved about this project:
A large portion of our partnership revolved around launching the new floral side of their business, The Bloom Room at Miss Milly’s. A favorite moment was seeing a logo we created become a neon sign to hang on the wall where Miss Milly’s holds floral consultations.
When We Knew It Worked:
Since partnering with Miss Milly’s, they’ve seen more form submissions, increased social engagement, higher % total web traffic, bigger contracts, and features on major publications like People, Fox 5, and AJC.
In short, we’ve all been having lots of fun and have no shortage of reasons to cheers with champagne.
